We ask to provide two government IDs (guest's aged 25 and older), sign a short term lease agreement and collecting security deposit.

We offer a 100% refund for cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival. 

For cancellations made 14 days or more before arrival, we offer a 50% refund. 

Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival will not be refunded. 

We understand that unexpected circumstances can happen, so please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any concerns about cancellation.
