Online checkout is currently in preview. Contact camptoncabin@gmail.com to book. When online booking opens, the steps will be:
- Click “Book Now”.
- Choose your dates on the calendar.
- Enter the number of guests.
- Verify your ID. The person booking must be 25 or older.
- Sign the rental agreement.
- Pay in full, or pay 50% of the stay total now and the remaining balance plus the $1,500 deposit 14 days before arrival. Full payment includes the deposit; bookings within 14 days require full payment.
- Check that your reservation is confirmed.
- Check your email. Your receipt and signed rental agreement will arrive in your inbox.
Your booking is complete when you receive confirmation. We can’t wait to host you.
House Rules
To make your stay enjoyable, as well as for those guests that come after your stay, we would appreciate if you would take a note of the following Rules:
Booking requirements
The primary guest must be at least 25 years old, complete Stripe Identity verification, and sign the rental agreement before payment. Do not email or upload an ID copy to Sweet Cabin. A refundable $1,500 security deposit is required; damage protection is not currently available.
Gatherings & events
No parties or large gatherings. Events require the owner’s prior written approval. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM daily.
Guest count
Up to 15 registered guests may book without prior group-size approval. Pricing varies with the number of guests. Respect the guest count in your reservation. Any change requires the owner's written approval at least two days before check-in. Unregistered guests are subject to a $250 charge per person, per night under the rental agreement.
Security cameras
The cabin has four exterior security cameras: above the garage door, above the front door (hot tub deck), in the backyard and at the driveway. They do not view any interior spaces and are used for security. Do not disconnect the Wi-Fi, unplug or obstruct the cameras.
Pets
No pets allowed on the property.
Smoking
No smoking of any kind allowed inside the house at any time.
Cooking
Any foods with strong or lingering odors, such as fish, curry, etc., must be cooked outside on the grill. Fish cleaning is not allowed inside the house.
Shoes
Please take the shoes off inside the house. We provide slippers at the garage entrance for your convenience.
Hot Tub
Hot Tub.
The Hot Tub is serviced and set to 80 degrees Fahrenheit prior to Renter's arrival. Please, make sure to turn the temperature dial up to the desired temperature three to four hours before using to allow the water enough time to warm up and back to 80 degrees Fahrenheit after use.
Maximum of five guests at a time are allowed in the Hot Tub.
Do not sit or stand on the Hot Tub cover.
Recommended Hot Tub time is 20 minutes.
Use of the hot tub is at your own risk. Children under 16 must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. Pregnant guests and anyone with heart conditions or skin sensitivities should consult a doctor before use. Remove jewelry before entering. A security camera overlooks the deck for safety and incident review.
Sauna
Sauna.
Instructions regarding Renter's use of the Sauna can be received from the host.
No children under the age of 12 are permitted in the Sauna at any time. When using the Sauna, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk. Natural whisks are not allowed.
Septic system
Use the 1-ply toilet paper supplied. Flushing any other items will seriously damage the septic system and affect your stay.
Washer & dryer
Please use the washer/dryer not more than 2 cycles per day. We need to care for our septic system.
Candles & pyrotechnics
Use only the solar and battery-operated candles. Open flame candles are prohibited. Any pyrotechnics are prohibited.
Fire pit
Use the fire pit at your own risk. State law requires use of local wood only.
Garage
Keep the garage door closed at night. Wild life is out there.
Windows & doors
Please close all windows and doors when it’s raining.
Trash & recycling
Trash & recycling: Please use trash bags inside of all trash bins throughout the entire house including the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. When these are full please place the trash bags and recycling in the large containers in the garage.
Food outside
Do not leave any food, beverage or trash outside. Wild life is out there.
Damage
Report any damage to the owner immediately and to the booking platform if applicable, so it can be documented.
